Although there have been signs that the economy is on a slow mend, many industries are not yet making huge orders of supplies until there is a clear indication that buyers are coming out to shop. One industry that is being especially cautious is that of shipping supplies companies since if people aren't buying anything, they're probably not shipping anything for the holidays, either. Some growth is expected of purchases overall for the year, but no one is quite sure just how the economy will fare during the holiday season so no companies are getting too excited yet.
